On September 16, Tanzania GEITA-BULUYANHULU 220KV Transformer Substation Construction Project (GB project) undertaken by Haihua Company during the outbreak was successfully put into service for power transmission. 

The project was formally started on February 7, with a voltage level of 220KV. It consists of a transformation station and a newly-built station; the transformation includes removal of a 70t reactor, building of a new line interval and a reactor interval, transformation of the secondary system of the old station, and connection between the new and old stations; the building works include four 220KV intervals, installation and debugging of two main transformers, installation and debugging of a 33KV GIS system, and building of seven 33KV intervals.
